Ooltewah Real Estate
Ooltewah means is a native Indian term that means “resting place” and such it is for its’ many residents. It was incorporated into Hamilton County in 1919. It is an area just outside the city limits of Chattanooga yet it is convenient enough to be a hub of great growth for commercial and residential endeavors. It is a little more rural in nature than East Brainerd. The strong public schools and its’ close proximity to I-75 and the new Volkswagen plant should insure continued growth in the area.
Ooltewah is a largely level area compared to the surrounding areas. There are golf courses, major shopping and lake access in the area. Ooltewah is a very affordable area and still offers a large array of high end communities and lake homes. It is only a matter of five minutes to Hamilton Place Mall.
