This is the second home that I have bought. My first was several years ago and it was for sale by owner. Buying my current home was the first time I have worked with a realtor. I had a good experience with Keller Williams Realty. Barry Evans was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Keller Williams Realty to a friend.

This is the fourth time we have worked with the Evans Group in buying or selling a home. When we first moved to Chattanooga in 2008 without any contacts in the area, we somewhat blindly selected the Evans Group. I feel very fortunate to have found them, as they have been nothing but professional, kind and pleasant to work with. We’ve always had a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

We had a great experience. Our realtor, Diane Evans, was very patient with us while we were looking.  She was always available and eager to help us find just the right home.  

We saw our agent listed somewhere and thought she seemed nice. She was very responsive, so we went with her. This was our first home buying experience and despite our lack of knowledge, each step went smoothly and our agent was helpful. The e-sign capability was a smooth and handy process since we were buying from a couple states away.

Diane had answers to all our questions. She was highly professional and we would recommend Diane to our best friends. She dotted all the “i’s & crossed all the “t”s.

Diane was a good fit for us personally and professionally. She seemed to quickly grasp our interest and what we were looking for. She represented us well with us being 3 hours away and trying to sell our house there.

We heard Barry was excellent to work with. He was efficient, friendly and worked at our pace. He made our FTHB (first time home buying) process so easy! Barry was always reachable, even when we had a last-minute question late at night or on the weekends.

My wife & I were so very pleased with the overall professional work and expertise of agents on Barry and Diane’s Team, plus the financial team that moved us through a very “less than normal” deal. We would recommend Keller Williams Realty, to any family looking to purchase in the southeastern parts of Tennessee.
