CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -River City Company recently purchased the Ross Hotel with plans to convert the abandoned building into as many as 20 middle-class apartments.  The move is the first phase of a bigger plan to transform Patten Parkway into a pedestrian friendly gathering place.  River City, with help from the Benwood Foundation, paid 1-point-2 million dollars for the building.

If all goes according to plan, workers could begin construction on the building by 2015.

Testimonials

Barry Evans displayed extraordinary sensitivity to our unusual circumstances. The estate had to be managed from 1,600 miles away and there were five interested heirs to be involved in each transaction. Barry is a clear effective communicator who helped us through a difficult process.
