CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -River City Company recently purchased the Ross Hotel with plans to convert the abandoned building into as many as 20 middle-class apartments.  The move is the first phase of a bigger plan to transform Patten Parkway into a pedestrian friendly gathering place.  River City, with help from the Benwood Foundation, paid 1-point-2 million dollars for the building.

If all goes according to plan, workers could begin construction on the building by 2015.

Collin Rogers IS THE BEST Realtor I have ever worked with.  He is very knowledgeable of the Chattanooga Valley and the surrounding area.  Collin was more convinced with what I could afford, wanted and needed more than he was concerned with the commission he’d make off the sale.  This wasn’t just a transaction to him but building a relationship with his client.
