CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -River City Company recently purchased the Ross Hotel with plans to convert the abandoned building into as many as 20 middle-class apartments.  The move is the first phase of a bigger plan to transform Patten Parkway into a pedestrian friendly gathering place.  River City, with help from the Benwood Foundation, paid 1-point-2 million dollars for the building.

If all goes according to plan, workers could begin construction on the building by 2015.

Testimonials

Barry & Diane Evans went above and beyond in answering all my questions and concerns. They were prompt and professional which I appreciated. Barry was very prompt in communicating and meeting in person. They worked around my schedule. Barry was very knowledgeable about even the smallest details and he went in a crawl space to help me evaluate its condition. Barry was a great help on the day of closing.
