Home Help: Home makeover in a weekend

This is the fourth time we have worked with the Evans Group in buying or selling a home. When we first moved to Chattanooga in 2008 without any contacts in the area, we somewhat blindly selected the Evans Group. I feel very fortunate to have found them, as they have been nothing but professional, kind and pleasant to work with. This is the second home that I have bought. My first was several years ago and it was for sale by owner. Buying my current home was the first time I have worked with a realtor.
