Barry and Diane Evans and their team were friendly, easy to work with, efficient and prompt. Being new to Chattanooga, from out of state, we felt that Barry really listened to our wants and needs, and was very patient during the process.

Barry Evans displayed extraordinary sensitivity to our unusual circumstances. The estate had to be managed from 1,600 miles away and there were five interested heirs to be involved in each transaction. Barry is a clear effective communicator who helped us through a difficult process.

I felt very comfortable working to find the right house with Diane.  I also knew I could call & ask her opinion on anything.  when I was struggling with the finance staff Diane would step in and push to get answers & make sure that I was getting the credit information.  When the interest rate did not get locked & rate went up she was very helpful in assisting me to fight to get it fixed.

We have been very please with the Barry & Diane Evans real estate team. They have been professional, efficient, courteous, low pressure and an all around pleasure to work with. We will certainly use them for future real estate needs and will have problem recommending them to friends.
