This is the fourth time we have worked with the Evans Group in buying or selling a home. When we first moved to Chattanooga in 2008 without any contacts in the area, we somewhat blindly selected the Evans Group. I feel very fortunate to have found them, as they have been nothing but professional, kind and pleasant to work with. We’ve always had a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I had to take a minute and send you a note letting you know how wonderful Barry is. He is working with my husband and me to help us buy our first house. Barry is amazing…he’s so patient and knowledgeable and fun. As first time home buyers, we know nothing, and living on the opposite side of the state doesn’t make Barry’s job any easier, but you’d never know those obstacles exist because every interaction with him is so flawless. I was wondering if Keller Williams Realty has a national or regional award for realtors who go above and beyond their duty? We have been working with an agent in Chattanooga who has far exceeded any agent I ever worked with (my father was a Marine and my husband just retired from the Army.
