Diane had answers to all our questions. She was highly professional and we would recommend Diane to our best friends. She dotted all the “i’s & crossed all the “t”s.

Diane was a good fit for us personally and professionally. She seemed to quickly grasp our interest and what we were looking for. She represented us well with us being 3 hours away and trying to sell our house there.

I was very pleased with my experience.  My Realtor was wonderful and she was available to me 24/7 and was very helpful, insightful and made our move to a new city very comfortable and stress-free.  I felt confident that she would take care of all of my needs and she did. Especially since we were not local.

I could see the experience held within The Evans Group was a great asset to me as I sold my house. They knew what to do in each circumstance.  I was impressed with their knowledge of the real estate business.  At the end of the day, that is what you want with your real estate agent!  

My experience in buying a home was an absolute joy!  I had heard about other companies and all the horror some of our friends experienced.  Barry Evans, our Agent, was entirely dedicated to finding us what we were looking for in a new home.  He offered advice when we really needed it and he was a great listener and above all, he was always available!
