We have known Barry and Diane for over 30 years. Ten years ago they sold our daughter’s house. They were so knowledgeable, know their business, know the laws and made sure that all the I’s were dotted and the T’s were crossed.  We really enjoyed working with them both.

A special thanks to Barry Evans for his outstanding job to help me find a home.  He helped me look for over 3 years and countless homes.  I now consider Barry a friend.

Barry Evans was very knowledgeable and helpful during our purchase process.  There wasn’t a lot on the market and he helped us see things “outside of our box” and we ended up falling in love with a house we would have initially not given a second thought to.

Purchasing a home from across the country can be difficult. Barry and the Evans Group made it much easier. He stayed in contact, returning calls promptly, and providing us of all pertinent information immediately. He was there whenever we needed him, anticipating our needs and helping to welcome us once we moved in.

My experience in buying a home was an absolute joy!  I had heard about other companies and all the horror some of our friends experienced.  Barry Evans, our Agent, was entirely dedicated to finding us what we were looking for in a new home.  He offered advice when we really needed it and he was a great listener and above all, he was always available! We even closed a week early!  We are “SOLD” on Barry and KW!
