Not only does he have extensive real estate knowledge and business research savvy, he has a knack for identifying the positives and negatives of a particular property. In fact, he may try to talk you out of a property because he wants you to see it from all angles, and wants you to love it before buying. Frequently assisting non-local clients, Chris is passionate about representing properties with brutal honesty.
Chris also educates clients on ideal locations, the local area of Chattanooga, and the real estate market in general. Being a transplant to the area, he takes great pride helping clients establish themselves in the community, in a new home that perfectly suits their needs. When one of his clients dreamed of living in a luxury community with a view of a waterfall, Chris found him that waterfall. Once the home is completed, the homeowner will have a gorgeous, unobstructed view of a 100-foot waterfall – the best view in the neighborhood.
When listing a property, clients sense they have a smart and trustworthy advisor on their side. Recently, Chris helped a couple list their home, which was purchased in 2021 for 770K. His professional drive and commitment to results landed them a profitable sale at 899K.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Chris earned his Master’s in Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Business Administration, Strategy, and Innovation.
Dr. Chris Long is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserve. Over twelve years, he earned commendations for excellence while serving both in the U.S. and in Afghanistan.
